Preeti Bakshi

Preeti Bakshi is a resident in Marriage and Family Therapy counseling with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University. Her clinical interests include family systems, parenting, attachment, couples work, and mindfulness. She is passionate about supporting clients as they navigate grief, anxiety, communication challenges, and life adjustments or transitions. Before pursuing a career in marriage and family therapy, Preeti worked in the education field with children of all ages, gaining valuable insight into the genuine struggles families face while raising children.

Preeti brings light to darkness by approaching challenging situations with purpose and compassion. In moments of uncertainty or despair, she strives to be a source of hope and clarity for herself and others. She faces fears and difficulties with resilience, seeking solutions even when they seem elusive. Through her presence, words, and actions, she aims to inspire and uplift, transforming confusion into understanding and pain into growth. Her empathy and strength create opportunities for healing, connection, and renewal.

In her spare time, Preeti enjoys reading books, traveling, and cooking delicious meals for her family. She also prioritizes exercise to maintain a healthy body and mind. Known for being an excellent listener and deeply dedicated to her work, Preeti would be honored to work with those seeking her guidance and support.
