Fountain of Hope Counseling Center
offers Hope & Healing to people by providing them with the tools for a changed life!

General Counseling

You don’t need to be experiencing a serious life event or suffering from a mental illness to see a counselor. If you need someone to talk to, we’re here for you.

Group Sessions

Sometimes people feel like they are the only ones in their situations, but in a small confidential group setting of 5 to 15 people, support & confidence helps us learn about ourselves. Call today to find out more.

Whether you’re simply trying to make healthier food choices, lose weight, or manage chronic diseases like diabetes, let us be a solution for you. We are here to help!

Workshops & Trainings

Our providers often speak and provide workshops and training for community partners, schools, churches, & community events. We speak on several broad range of topics such as Mental health, Nutrition, and Couples, Leadership, and much more.

We work with couples and families who are having challenges communicating, resolving conflicts, and trouble trusting one another because of present or past hurts. We work with individuals whether it is a child, teenager, or an adult that may be experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, loss, low self-esteem, and more. We also provide groups for substance abuse, parenting, anger management, grief & loss, and nutrition.

Our Vision is to be recognized as one of the community’s leaders in the mental health field that believes in a holistic approach. We will be committed to offering a warm and friendly environment that allows clients to be free of any judgement or shame. Our sessions will promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and feelings.

For years, I had struggled to break the cycle of my bad habits. Thanks to my counseling sessions here, I've been able to not only address the source of these issues, but they've help me establish actionable methods for overcoming them.
