Monica Daniels is a resident with Fountain of Hope Counseling Center LLC. In 1992, She graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. In July 2024, she graduated from Capella University with a Master of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy.
Monica began her journey in the counseling field because of her own life experiences. She wanted to be a beacon of hope to all and with hard work and dedication anything is possible. Monica has over 7 years of experience as an educator with Va Beach Public Schools. During that time, she worked with children to ensure they were equipped with social emotional and daily life skills. As a thriver of breast cancer, Monica understands firsthand what it means to be an overcomer. She is dedicated to working with a diverse population including (children and adults), couples, and families offering tools and techniques to navigate life’s challenges. Focusing on the clients desired outcome, Monica is passionate about supporting her clients and employs a diverse range of modalities tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. Her commitment to fostering positive change is evident in her mantra: “Choose to change”.
