Madi is a counseling intern at Fountain of Hope Counseling Center, dedicated to supporting clients on their journey toward emotional and mental well-being. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, with an anticipated graduation date of June 2025.
Passionate about mental health from a young age, Madi has a natural ability to provide a compassionate and understanding presence. She is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. Madi offers counseling services to individuals, children and families, and couples, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
Drawing from her own life experiences and the valuable insights gained through her work, Madi continually refines her counseling skills and deepens her knowledge. She believes therapy doesn’t have to be rigid or uncomfortable, often incorporating humor and warmth into her sessions to foster genuine connections and create a balance between doing the work and finding joy in the process.
Aligned with the holistic and spiritual healing philosophy of Fountain of Hope Counseling Center, Madi integrates these principles into her practice. She is grateful to learn and grow under the guidance of her supervisor, Tarcy Barbee, and looks forward to continuing her journey as a counselor dedicated to the well-being of her clients.
