Emily has worked in the mental health field for 7 years and has experience working in community, school based and outpatient settings. Prior to attending the University of Pittsburgh and graduating with her master’s in social work in 2022, she held various roles in mental health research, early childhood development, non-profit organizations and the U.S Armed Forces that ultimately encouraged her to pursue direct clinical work with children and families.Emily is a supervisee in social work, pursuing her independent clinical social work license and is under supervision of a LCSW with over 10 years of experience.
